By purchasing or using netSIP.co.uk products and / or services and using them you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, together the e-commerce terms set out below, which apply to the use of netSIP.co.uk products and / or services only. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern www.netSIP.co.uk’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

1.5 “netSIP Services” means telephony services provided to end-users by netSIP.co.uk and other related parties.

1.7 “Call” means the establishment of a connection between the customer and a called party.

Article 2. Online Account – definitions

2.1 Online Account an account together with the user ID issued by us under this agreement for the use of netSIP.co.uk’s service.

2.2 User ID means a unique identification issued by netSIP.co.uk to you for the use of these services.

2.3 PIN means the Personal Identification Number issued to you by us for the usage of our service exclusively to the owner of PIN.

Article 3. Use of our service & site

3.1 The content of the pages of www.netSIP.co.uk is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

3.2 Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. 3.10 With regards to any promotional campaign initiated by www.netSIP.co.uk, each voucher or calling card or referral points or discounts/service offers from associated businesses produced/redeemed is specific to a customer.

3.11 The purpose of any campaigns initiated by www.netSIP.co.uk is to acquire new subscribers and the promotional rates may/may not include existing customers.

Article 4. Payments for netSIp.co.uk’s service offered

4.1 The user with User ID or PIN must be the liable for charges arising from calls made by any person using the same account or PIN.

4.2 Call charges will be calculated with the netSIP’s tariff from time to time which is available on line. Printed price list must be checked against online tariff.

4.3 netSIP may change the call charges periodically to different destinations without giving prior warning. Though, when a user makes calls, the call charge which shows in www.netSIP.co.uk or in your online account will be applicable.

4.4 The company will require charges to be prepaid unless otherwise agreed to use as postpaid account. Prepayment can be made from time to time by credit/debit card or contacting our customer service or via bank transfer as or when informed to us with your user ID as referance. Any usage of our service will not be available until such payment is cleared or authorized.

4.5 The Price of the Goods shall be that stipulated on our Website.

4.6 The total purchase price will be displayed on the website prior to confirming and paying for the order.

4.7 Payment of the Price plus any applicable charges must be made in full before the services are used. Payment is to be made by any of the credit or debit cards or bank transfer accepted by netSIP.co.uk, details of which are stated on the Website. All orders are subject to  authorization of payment by the relevant card issuer prior to use of the service.

4.8 To setup the Auto-Recharge facility, you have to call the support team and give the required details. You can stop this facility at any time by sending a request mail to the support.

4.9 There will be an annual account maintenance charge of GBP1.00 for all netSIP accounts. This charge will be deduced from your account on the month of January every year.

Article 5. Termination of Account

5.1 This agreement will remain in force until terminated by either party: On not less than seven (7) days’ notices in writing or

5.2 If you are a customer, in addition to the rights set out herein, you have statutory rights under the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as follows:

5.2.1 Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) in the United Kingdom, Customer, if a UK resident, has the right to cancel the agreement until the end of the 7th working day after the date on which the contract was formed.

5.2.2 Where Customer uses our services before your right to cancel expires Customer loses the right to cancel the contract.

5.2.3 Where Customer chooses not to use the goods or use our Services until after the end of Customer’s right to cancel netSIp will not provide the goods or use of our Services until after Customer’s right to cancel expires.

5.2.4 Where Customer has the right to cancel and wants to cancel the contract Customer must write/mail to netSIp, ensuring that Customer’s letter reaches netSIp before the expiry of Customer’s right to cancel, to tell us that Customer wants to cancel the contract.

5.2.5 Where Customer has the right to cancel and gives us notice that Customer wants to cancel netSIp agrees to return any payment made by Customer within 30 days of the date on which netSIp.co.uk receives Customer’s notice.

5.3 Immediately if, the other party has committed a material breach of this agreement which is incapable of remedy: or

5.4 Immediately if, the other party is subject to bankruptcy or equivalent proceeding or becomes insolvent or makes any arrangement or composition with or assignment of the benefit of creditors or if any of its essences are subject to any seizure or if it goes in to liquidation either voluntary or compulsory or if a receiver or administrator is appointed over any of its assets or business

Article 6. Refund and Warranty Policy

6.1 The services will be delivered online. In such circumstances, netSIP will not be liable for any temporary unavailability of such services due to any failure of the Website, any telecommunications system and / or the world wide web, including any downtime of the Website or telecommunications systems to planned or emergency maintenance.

6.2 netSIP.co.uk always give importance of our customers. Our refund policy offer 7 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

6.3 We offers full refund of the remaining credit on our account excluding any service charge, any time you would like to stop using the service.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Except as may be implied by law where the Customer is dealing as a Customer, in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions by us the remedies of the Customer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods paid for and we shall never be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage whatever suffered by the Customer.

7.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of netSIP for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of netSIP or that of netSIP’s agents or employees.

7.3 The company will not be liable for any loss damages or inconvenience suffered by the customer as a result of any suspension or termination of this service

Article 8. Referral Free Credit

8.1 netSIP.co.uk have full authority to amend or cancel the Referral Free Credit system without prior notice.

8.2 netSIP.co.uk may change the value of each referral free credit at any time without prior notice.

Article 9. Business Associates

9.1 Business Associates can resell our products or services with prior agreement with netSIP.

9.2 netSIP is not responsible of any offers/ services provided by business associates without our knowledge.

9.3 We have full authority to remove/ban any business associates.

Article 10. Our rights

10.1 The company shall be entitled at any time the user ID or any other name, number or code issued by the company as part of this service.

10.2 netSIP.co.uk reserves the right to adjust any product or price on the Website at any time.

10.3 netSIP.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw any services from sale even if listed on the Website at any time.

10.4 netSIP.co.uk shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any services from the website or for refusing to accept an order.

10.5 This service may be suspended at the company’s sole discretion where it has reasonable cause to do so.

Article 11. Amendments of terms & conditions

11.1 These terms and conditions may be amended by netSIP.co.uk at any time. No provision of these terms and conditions and no right or obligation of either party under this terms and conditions may be waived except by an instrument in writing signed by the party waiving the provision right or obligation.

11.2 A finding that a term of these terms and conditions, is or has become, invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under governing law it shall not affect or impair the validity, legality or enforceability of any other terms of these terms and conditions so long as the purpose of these terms and conditions are still capable of performance.
